The Village of Lyons contains three Pace Bus stops. All are handicap-accessible. They are:

Route 302 – Ogden/Stanley

Route 307 – Harlem

Route 311 – Oak Park Avenue

The nearest Metra railway line is the Burlington Northern line. It runs from Aurora to Downtown Chicago. The closest train stations are:

Brookfield – 8858 Burlington Avenue

Hollywood – Golf Road and Hollywood Avenue

Riverside – 90 Bloomingbank Road

Harlem Avenue – 7135 Windsor Avenue

Berwyn – 6801 W. Windsor Avenue

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) runs to various locations in the Chicagoland area and has stations in communities close to the Village of Lyons.

Blue Line

Oak Park – 1050 S. Austin Boulevard

950 S. Oak Park Avenue

Forest Park – 701 Harlem Avenue

711 Desplaines Avenue

Cicero (also has Pink Line) -2133 S. 48th Court

2134 S. 54th Street

 

Green Line

Oak Park – 100 S. Oak Park Avenue

36 N. Ridgeland Avenue

Forest Park – 1 Harlem Avenue
